Ordering Process

1. Shopping Cart

Select the products you would like to order by clicking the button “add to shopping cart“. This will store your items in your shopping cart. Until you submit your order, you can change it at any time. This includes changing the quantity of your products, deleting them by ticking the box “remove from shopping cart“, or canceling the ordering procedure altogether. By clicking the button “Checkout“, you will get to the next step in our ordering procedure.

2. Checkout

Log in with your email-address and password if you already have a client account. If not, please register as a new client. Your data is gathered, processed and used in accordance with data security laws. (Data security statement). The data is not used otherwise or transferred to third parties. If you are already registered, you can now select your delivery method. By clicking “next” you will get to the next step in our ordering procedure.

3. Check Billing Address → Select Payment Method

Please check your billing address and select your preferred payment method. By clicking “next” you will get to the next step in our ordering procedure.

4. Check Delivery Address → Select Delivery Method

Please check your delivery address and select your preferred delivery method. By clicking “next” you will get to the next step in our order process.

5. Complete the Order Process → GTC and Data Security

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the billing and delivery address, and your contact details. Please check if all the information is correct and read the general terms and conditions and return policy carefully. You can only continue the order process when you have agreed to the GTC and data security statement (tick the box). By clicking the “checkout” button, you submit your order. By doing so, your order becomes legal and binding.
